Our management committee oversees all the Foundation's efforts. The committee meets regularly to ensure that we perform efficiently.

Marnie Bradfield - Honorary Chair: Marnie oversees the Foundations international projects and often represents the Foundation at conferences.

Dr. Jim Beaton – Soil & Agricultural Issues: Jim oversees the Foundation's efforts to help developing countries with soil fertility, microbiology and soil-plant relationships. Nigel Seale – Director: Nigel shapes and approves Foundation strategies, reviews results, advocates for the foundation’s issues, and helps set the overall direction of the organization. To reach Nigel please send him an email at nseale@hdfoster.com.
