Cut off time for changing your order is 2 days before your delivery day at 11:59pm.
The produce changes with the seasons and each week may be different or similar, but we work with neighboring organic farms to ensure a good variety of produce year round. In the off season, we’re working to provide you with summer fruit we’ve frozen after it was picked in season, to arrive on your doorstep partly thawed.
You Choose which box is right for you and the frequency you would like to receive it. If you find it’s too much food, or too little, let us know and we’ll adjust accordingly! Your delivery can be made weekly, every other week, every third week or every 4th week – whatever suits you best.
No Contract or long term commitment necessary. We do ask that you commit to at least 4 weeks, but you can cancel anytime afterwards by giving us notice no later than the Thursday before your expected delivery date. All deliveries are made on Monday.
Payment is preferably done via credit card (allows us to keep our prices low) and you will be billed one month in advance. If you go away for a while, or have placed your box delivery on hold, then your account will be adjusted accordingly. For those who can’t pay via credit card, cheques are acceptable but a credit card will be required at signup (credit card will be charged if invoice is not paid within 30 days).
